How did you get started in automotive?
"I got started in the automotive business as a receptionist at a Ford dealer. I was there for about a year. I tried other things for a couple years before going back to the car business. That's when I started with Balise."
Twenty years as a Honda service advisor is quite an accomplishment. What do you love best about Hondas?
“The reliability! That's why I'm still driving my 2008 Accord Coupe. I bought it brand new and still love it.”
What question do you get asked most by customers?
“ I'm frequently asked if certain maintenance or repairs are necessary. I've known a lot of these customers for 10 or more years. They trust me and appreciate my honesty. That's very important to me.”
What do you like best about working at Balise?
“The great friendships I've made with people. It's crazy how I've helped the same people for years - get to know their little kids and next thing you know the kids are driving and bringing the car in for service! ”
