Buyers can choose from four premium trims in the 2025 Odyssey lineup: EX-L, Sport, Touring, and Elite. Front-wheel drive and a punchy 280-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 keep this versatile van on track and engaged. In addition, an advanced ten-speed automatic transmission helps maximize power and fuel economy, which has been determined by the EPA to reach 19 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway. Cargo space starts at 38.6 cubic feet with all three rows in use and rises to a potential 92.3 cubic feet when the third row is folded down. With no passengers in the second or third rows, you can fold those seats down to get 158 cubic feet of cargo capacity behind the first row. Plus, a properly equipped Odyssey can tow up to 3,500 pounds.
Technically the base trim, the EX-L is a luxury-laden machine with leather upholstery (first-row and second-row outboard seats), a power moonroof, a power tailgate, heated front seats, a 12-way power driver’s seat, a four-way power front passenger seat, a driver’s memory system, and tri-zone automatic climate control. Cabin versatility comes from Magic Slide second-row seats and a 60/40-split folding third-row Magic Seat. The other standard features include power-sliding side doors, proximity keyless entry, LED exterior lighting with automatic headlights, LED fog lights, push-button start, a 7-inch digital instrument display, rear privacy glass, second-row sunshades, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated power side mirrors, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, four USB ports (two each for the first and second rows), wireless device charging, and 18-inch alloy wheels.
The Odyssey takes on a more athletic appearance with the Sport-L and its unique exterior treatments, plus black leather upholstery with red stitching, red ambient LED cabin lighting, two USB ports in the third row, and 19-inch gloss black alloy wheels. Expanding on the EX-L, the Touring adds third-row sunshades, ambient LED cabin lighting, 19-inch alloy wheels, and several driver aids and technology features (highlighted below). The Elite’s name says it all, as this top trim is loaded with the likes of perforated leather upholstery (first-row and second-row outboard seats), heated and ventilated front seats, a hands-free tailgate, a heated steering wheel, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and power-folding side mirrors.
All 2025 Odyssey grades feature Honda Sensing, a collection of the latest advanced driver aids, such as forward collision warning, collision mitigation, blind-spot monitoring with cross-traffic alert, road departure mitigation, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, a rear-seat reminder, and automatic high beams. The Touring and Elite also come with front and rear parking sensors. Honda stocks every Odyssey trim with a full set of airbags, anti-lock brakes, stability control, traction control, and a multi-angle rearview monitor with dynamic guidelines.
The 2025 Odyssey’s infotainment system is centered on a 9-inch touchscreen, a size increase from the previous model. It also features wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, SiriusXM satellite radio, an SMS text messaging assistant, and the HondaLink smartphone interface. Most trims have a seven-speaker audio system, which is upgraded to an 11-speaker arrangement in the Elite. The Touring and Elite are upgraded with navigation, a rear-seat entertainment system (now with a 12.8-inch high-resolution screen), CabinWatch rear-cabin monitoring, the CabinTalk cabin intercom system, and access to a Wi-Fi hotspot and Honda connected services.
